Emerald, Recruitment Specialist

Hello! I’m Emerald, the Recruitment Specialist at Motherly Comfort Home Care. I am a registered nurse by profession, and I’m grateful to remain in a healthcare environment even as I explore a different and exciting path in recruitment. My nursing background allows me to truly understand the needs of both clients and caregivers, and this helps me match the right people with the right families. Building meaningful connections is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s a big part of why I fell in love with recruitment. Every day, I strive to find compassionate, dedicated caregivers who will make a positive impact on our clients’ lives. Outside of work, I’m someone who finds joy in the little things. I love caring for exotic pets. I also enjoy going on camping trips with my family. Being out in nature, unplugging from the busy day-to-day, and spending quality time family is something I truly treasure.
