Anakarla Sigala Romo, Care Coordinator

Hi there, my name is Anakarla Sigala Romo and I am a 1st generation Mexican American that graduated from the University of Laverne with a bachelor’s in criminology and a minor in speech communications. I’ve worked for nonprofits for most of my whole career, reaching out to homeless individuals and families and individuals with mental health disabilities. This is my first time working in healthcare and I love it. I’ve been working here at Motherly Comfort Home Care LLC for a little under a year. I enjoy working with a supportive team that truly cares for others and helps in such a way that increases quality of life for older adults and other individuals that need homecare assistance. I know that working here makes a difference, and it feels amazing. For fun I love to go to amusement parks, hike, dance, try new food joints, and play with my dog named Chato. I love my Frenchie so much! What motivates me is helping people. I love that I can help others, I mean we all do. Working at Motherly Comfort is exciting as every day is different and there is always something to do. I love the challenge! My goal for every workday is to do my best and get as much as possible.
